Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. -1 Peter 5:7
This was supposed to be posted yesterday but somehow what I wrote disappeared while attempting to save. Anyway, here are fresh thoughts from my head.
Working in the supply chain line, I often hear the term “load the line”. This simply is an instruction to the production to assemble the products. They do so by referring to a plan given by the planner.
In life, we don’t get the chance to pick and choose what we want “loaded” in our lives, do we? I mean yes, we do get to make choices, but stress and frustration is included in the package. And to make matters worse, sometimes we are overloaded when someone unloads his/her problems on us when we are almost full to the brim with our own cares. That tends to happen to me. Perhaps people find me a good listener, I don’t know. But I know I need to find a way to unload my burdens before picking up more.
Yes, I go to the Lord about my burdens but sometimes I forget that I’m supposed to leave the burdens there…and I take them back with me.
Note to self : Take those burdens and leave them at the foot of the cross. Then trust in the Lord. He is in control. Stay cool!
For in thee, O LORD, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God. -Psalms 38:15
